EswatiniPost (EP) is the only licenced Designated Postal Operator (DPO) responsible for providing postal services in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Our core responsibility is the collection, transmission and delivery of postal articles (mail and parcels) to within or outside of Eswatini. In addition to this prime responsibility, EP also offers financial services for domestic and international money transfers.
EswatiniPost also serves as a convenient one stop shop for consumer services by offering agency services which include: Banking services for Eswatini Bank, sale of airtime and Mobile Money vending for MTN Eswatini, sale of Eswatini Electricity Company units and payment of Eswatini Telecom bills. We also offer insurance services, one of which is an in-house insurance service known as Eswatini Post Insurance, and the others are on agency basis like the collection of insurance premiums for Eswatini Royal Insurance Corporation and Safrican. We are also in partnership with Government paying out social grants and delivery of vehicle licence disks.
EP provides its services through a country-wide infrastructure of 37 postal outlets with over 41 000 post boxes and a Central Sorting Office. We also offer delivery options like the Door-to-Door service and Courier service.
To increase efficiency, EP has invested in a number of systems such as the PostGlobal Counter Automation System, and other systems for tracking and tracing of posted items.
